it seems the more I try, the worse it gets :damn:

the textures don't show ingame like I think they should, then when I mess around too much I get those "crystal invaders" in my subs..

I'm close to calling it a day..

using the upc file we could set :

white/beige shirt = enlisted men

blue shirts = non comm officers and officers

cap for officers only

All the heads used are listed in the Crewmembers3D.upc,(unless you changed them already :03:) and the textures are in the Marine.dat, so you could run into any of them throughout the career, not just the ones you can see at any given time.
Also keep in mind you used two different subs to build the IJN subs, so you may get different men on each.

hey there.

i also had this problem, when editing the body meshes in sh3. what is the solution?

might have to do with the vertex normals, which the original model lacks ?

editing the mesh messes up everything : I think the animation of the body is the primary cause...

HELLO BOYS!
I'm using the Keltos IJN mod, with the other sub-mod for room, etc tc
There is at the end a mod for uniforms?
Some file that show japanese uniforms?
