In career u can get a double deck gun(bow and stern) and i know how to make it but we need 3 flaks!;) So...i think I am able to add another deck gun but first we need textures... :arrgh!: arr |
Did the Sen Toku have 2 or 3 perisocpes? The stock model shows 3.
|
2 or 3 periscopes
I think the third one might actually be a schnorkel :
http://www.combinedfleet.com/sen_toku.htm The huge double hull was formed of parallel cylindrical hulls so that it had a peculiar lazy-eight cross section, and may have inspired the Soviet Typhoon-class built some 40 years later. Although aircraft must be considered their primary armament, they also carried a formidable torpedo battery and the usual 14cm deck gun. Anti-aircraft armament included ten 25mm cannons in three triple mounts and one single. Each of these boats had radar and a snorkel. |
another sen toku ????

as an alternative you could give it the twin deckgun upgrade pack
and just swap out the second deck gun for your missing third flak I put a twin forty on one in testing. M |

it would be cool if u get it working;) |
Well I tried importing it but Pack3D said the value was out of range.
|
Not sure if Pack3D is 100% compatible with SH4- after all, it was developed for SH3. Better bet is probably Silent3ditor, when full import/export features are ready.
|
Pack3D seemed to cause the skin problem, I am close to getting it to work, this means the skin is there but covered by caustics. Seom other guys had the same problem but got it solved, im no good at HEX editing but if someone here could actually get it to work then you would have my thanks!
How they solved it:http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...ghlight=Pack3D Current state: http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/822...1146890yh2.jpg |
