Sorry mate....but that decisionn (not to port anything from IV to 3) was taken a lomg while back and has been steadgastly adhered to. :yep:

However, I could release the Dutchman with installation instructions (if denis_469 didn't object and giving him full credit of course) for individuals to do with as they wished. :hmm:

Hell ! Give us the thing and the installation instructions !! I want that thing in the Atlantic ASAP !!! (orders the loading of the special anti-ectoplasm torpedoes). Hmmmm... I'd imagine you probably wouldn't get much tonnage for sinking it through...:D

I'm also going to have to support and stand by the idea of a ghost Titanic also !:rock:

Unpack the file and place the 'NFD' file into:

In the EnglishNames CFG file type:'ClassName=Frigate'
Go to:C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\data\Roster\Netherla nd\Sea
....and create a CFG file and name it 'FD'.....then type in the following and save:
[UnitClass]
ClassName=Frigate
UnitType=11
AppearanceDate=19410505
DisappearanceDate=21001231
DisplayName=Unidentified ship
[Texture 1]
TextureName=data/Sea/FD/FD_T01.tga
LightmapTextureName=data/Sea/FD/FD_O01.tga
NormalmapTextureName=data/Sea/FD/FD_N01.tga

Awesome ! Now all I need now is pirate ships, mermaids and sea serpents out there, not to mention dragons flying around patrolling the edges of the map (Apparently there be dragons there ?) and my game will be perfect !!! :rock:

"Sir ! The dragon is coming down for another pass !!"
"Man the anti-dragon deck canon !!! Fire !!!"
*ROAR!* *BLAST*
"Deck canon crew are charcoal sir !!"
"Radio BDU !! Call for reenforcements !!"
*ROAR!*
*Uboat shakes*
"It's landed on us sir !!!"
*RIP !!! TEAR !!! SWOOSH !*
"My god !! It's tearing off the hull plates !!! AAAAA !!!! *glubglubglub*"

BDU dispatches a level 10 Luftwafe with +5 machine guns and +2 vorpal explodybombs to the area....:rock:

Oh.. sorry.. did my imagination get carried away again ?

Sledgehammer427 09-22-07 02:53 PM

lmao blacklight

you forgot the sirens, and when you get a wee bit too close to them your U-boot sudeenly turn towards it...with you screaming all the way "NOOOOOOO" and then you run into some unknown, random landmass at 50 kts....U-boot kickflip anyone?

Well, stuff like that already happens to me with no sirens in the area. It's usually because of Bernard.
