Awsome mod. It adds so much to the immersion. Just one problem, if i change views (eg move to the periscope or bridge etc) this happens:

Looks like they got some 60s era hippy types to do the interior decor:o. Not sure if this is directly related to this mod as all textures seem to become corrupted in this manner, even the sky. Don't think it's a hardware problem as it dosent happen in any other games. Runing SH4 v1.3 but it happens in all versions. My specs are:
Intel core 2 cpu @ 1.8ghz
2 gb ram
Nvidea geforce 7600gt with 256 mb ram and latest drivers
OS is windows vista fully updated.

:p
As per Gino's suggestion i tried giving the dive and rudder plane wheels a brass appearance ... problem is the according texture portion gets mapped throughout half the interior ... in this regard not much has changed since SH3. Using the same texture over and over might be economic, but disadvantageous to detail and realism.

Regardless, there's hope that one day we can launch our fish using a visually realistic and working representation of the CT panel, thanks to the efforts of many talented people here. ;)

Jmack,
if you installed a previous version of the orders bar gauges, it would be wise to deactivate it, as SI contains updated versions of these files. If installing the SI Sonar (Metric scale) after installing the SI Interior kit, you will also be notified. You can acknowledge the dialog. Why it conflicts with Kriller's mods is atm beyond my knowledge.

Ty Luke,
currently i'm working on textures for MTW2, F4AF, a Flagpack and Sound Replacement for SH4 - so it's going to take a while, providing i get the reference material to start working from.

Q3ark,
i've seen this before, doesn't seem mod related.
Did you try out different drivers? I'm not firm with Vista-SH4 compatibility, maybe it's an OS/Game issue?!

Got a chance to load this up and see it in action. Wow.

Stunning.

CaptainCox 07-21-07 01:00 PM

I got the ok to add this to my Pulldown map mod/search pattern mod from OakGroove, but tonight I am JUST PLAYING this game (1.3) big time. I will up it in the morn. Cheers OakGroove, bloody fracking cool mod this, love it!, a true classic!
