Ive got both black and red including ones that work with GWX 2.0 if anyone wants me to post them up? Seems you dont need to bind them with the harbour.dat file.

Here we are:

For stock SH3 and GWX 1.03:

Dat file removed (GWX 2 already has it) and both red and Black high res skins are included. Dont know much about polgon thingy mi jigs but ive tested this and seems to work fine on mine!! :up:


Just wanted to say thank you to Flakmonkey for this great mod, ive always liked it and its one of the things that really makes my game worthwhile when I return to port. :rock:

Downloaded the GWX 2 version. However, I never seemed to have seen that one ingame...

Very curious, are they at a particular port. At least, when I pass Cuxhaven and leave Kiel I have never seen it.

I have GWX 2.0 enabled.

Any ideas ?

In the folder Lighthouse the folder Data is incorrect, change it to data:up: Also the Tex folder should be spelled tex.

It was in GWX 2 all along and I didn't even notice it !!!!

I loaded a mission and saw the lighthouse now :yep:

very nice indeed.

If you have GWX 2.0 they are ingame allready,

As for the download, I downloaded them both today, so they work. try again, until it works.

I refreshed the JSGME folder structure in case anyone had any problems. The links in my above post now reflect this.

GWX 2.0 does already have these lighthouses but they are low res versions.

These modification files offer the original high res lighthouses by Flakmonkey and also a choice of red or black.

There was no doubt a very good reason why the GWX team chose the low res versions, most likely due to frame rates and giving best performace on low end systems. For those who have a hgiher spec these are for you.

Hi!

That is exactly the reason why GWX did not increase the resolution of any skins beyond what they were in stock Silent Hunter III.
