No, i wont return it. I havent been able to play it yet due to being deployed and it wont work on this laptop (thinking of buyinh one that will run it). I know that games will always be released with bugs. It is unforunate, however, if UBI doesnt patch it up but there is no use in crying over spilled milk. I play another game, a tank simulator, that had bugs, but the developers are active in the forums and they listen to waht we players have to say when we say something is wrong and they work to fix it.

Yes, but fat chance I'll get my money back, since I bought it from UBI: Ferengi rule of aquisition nr. 1; Once you have their money, you never give it back...

I will sell my second hand copy if there is no 1.3 patch and if there is a patch I hope it's a real good one as the last thing us folks want is more problems.

Why would I want to return it. I don't know what half of these people are talking about. It can't be the same game that I have been playing. It has been running crash free virtually since I loaded it. I have modded it extensively and only had a couple of very minor hiccups.
Captain Cox, Ducimus and Beery and many others are producing outstanding mods at an unbelievable rate.:up:

This game is FUN FUN FUN. :D
Some people are just not happy unless they have something to complain about.:down:

The only thing I don't like is the long distances I have to travel in order to get to patrol areas.

Sorry to disappoint you Bigmik but mod makers can only improve the looks and feel of the sim, they can't fix what's in the code that's not working as it should. So, a patch is still needed no matter what the mod makers do.
