AFAIK you do need a credit card, and yes, they do ship to Germany. that is what I'm gonna do, ship it to a friend of mine, and he'll send it to me to Poland.Amazon doesn't like us....

Amazon.co.uk didn't have the collector's ed. Look at the date when the item has been added to amazon's store.


even more edit - you can also pay by cheque or pay on delivery (not sure) check it while ordering, Sir. I remember there were two options - credit card and something else...
