Looks good, but just question about this mod TWoS Campaign Start_VIIB_UFlaK. IIRC it does not have a 88mm deck gun????? If you are playing Total Germany, Happy Times some other campaigns you would be better off with this mod.TWoS Campaign Start_VIIB as you can use your deck gun against unarmed merchants. I would think this TWoS Campaign Start_VIIB_UFlaK would be more useful around 1944. While the East Coast in Coastal Waters has a lot of air bases and the aircraft can be a pain you do not want to look for trouble even though you might shoot down some with the Uflak;s AA fire power but you are definitely going to sustain some sort of damage and possible loss of life to your crew. TWoS Campaign Start_VIIB_UFlaK Document Notes Start a new career with type VIIB U-Boat and/or Turning Point campaign with U-FlaK. Enble the mod with your jsgme and start a new career. Peter |

from type VII A to type VII D they had all a 8.8 cm SK C35 naval gun, with 220 rounds yesterday i sank a merchant with the deckgun in 4 hits :arrgh!: |
With OHII 2.5 you can skip the initial tutorial, a message will pop-up and ask you if you want to skip. The problem is that this message doesn't appear every time you start new, and so you have to do that tutorial which btw is very unstable for the game. Is there any reason why this message doesn't always appear ?
Thanks, P.S. I know I can tweak a savegame file in order to skip the tutorial, but I rather prefer seeing this message in order to skip, that's way easier... |
Ok, I've sorted it out: you must at least play the tutorial once before you see that message. Kinda logic...

Strange OHII behavior:
I find it more than remarquable that when I start a career and patrolling the East English Coast in Oktober 1939, I get 9 out of 10 convoy reports comming from the Mediterranean Sea reporting large groups of warships.
