In regard to breaking things up, I'm all for farming out prisons to "Chyna". :D

If he get a prison sentence

Can he then run for office in jail ?
(Have been reading here and there about Trump running for office)

Edit

He'd have scored more votes if he'd been urging the people to resist paying the income tax levied to pay for WW1. :D

No doubt that he will get more than 1 million votes which this person from 1920 got.

Important is:
He is Innocent until proven guilty or not guilty.

De Santis isn't ready. (the founding fathers had nothing to do with establishing the DOJ)

Quote:

The governor has privately told advisors that he will hire and fire plenty of federal personnel, reorganize entire agencies, and execute a “disciplined” and “relentless” strategy to restore the Justice Department to a mission more in line with what the “Founding Fathers envisioned.”
But his ambitions go beyond bureaucratic restructuring. He wants to physically remove large swathes of the DOJ from the District of Columbia, including FBI headquarters, RealClearPolitics is first to report.
The Attorney General position was created in 1789 and his primary duties were to represent the U.S before the Supreme Court (which was created by the same Act). The DOJ was not created until After the Civil War, and was primarily set to deal with the problems of Reconstruction in the Southern U.S.

I am convinced that many of you will look outside your windows and see something like this:

Nope, but I have seen something very similar to this. Mine though had eyes in the fractals and waaaay down in the center was a happy being gesturing for me to come in.

:har: :har:

Don't say I ain't funny.

The correct term should be innocent until proven guilty

What some may not realize is that either way means the same thing - innocent! :yep:

Markus, you put that correctly. "Innocent until proven guilty or not guilty" is just fine. Don't let some German idiot whose English is worse than yours get away with mocking you.

No. It ends with "guilty" in any case.

Thats the spirit! We all are at times. I recall that many years ago I publicly reasoned about that AvalonLady's longer absence back then means that she had something on her mind, some thinking about something, and I said, equivalent to a German phrase (über einer Idee brüten") "She is breeding an idea".

Well, the best i could do then was to laugh louder about myself than all others. :D
