Ahoy Captains!

My name's Justin. I'm of Scandanavian descent and love anything Navy. My father was a 1st Class Chief Petty officer/Machinist's Mate on the longest commissioned Nuclear Submarine:) Therefore, I recieved a bit of influence there. Likewise, I was an Electronics Technician, Submarine. Unfortunately, not too much experience though. I'm also an actor, so accents, etc... do apply. I love immersive games that take me into their world:D

Hello to all Captains and welcome, to all the others that will be joining, as well!

I will be practising; which hopefully, will allow me to join a fun and mature wolfpack for days to come:)

May the waves hide you well and the waters part for your torpedoes!

Hey,

I live in the South of Scotland. My name is Keith, but you can call me anything except late for dinner.
My musical tastes are wide, but I especially like Beethoven, Mozart, Sibelius, Dire Straits and Genesis. I am still in love with Francoise Hardy.
I love roaming the hills and woods around my home. I am a radio ham and have spent a bit of time activating many islands around Scotland. I play the guitar, and the bagpipes. (This can be tricky if you do it at the same time - don't try it at home!)

I am really grateful to the modders who have done some fantastic work, and to everyone who has helped me on this forum. Stick around, guys - I'm bound to need more help soon.

My thought for today: Growing old is inevitable, but growing up is optional.

Slainte.

Welcome to SubSim Keith...how far south in Scotland are you?

Just north of Berwick perhaps?

Cap'n Pugwash 06-11-11 03:25 AM

Thanks Jimbuna.

In fact, because of the way the Border runs, I am a bit to the SE of Berwick, in Newtown St Boswells. Are you familiar with the area?

Afraid not...I'm @South Shields which is nowhere as near as you are but we like to think we are quite close :DL

D'oh! That should be SW not SE. No wonder I can never find the convoys.
