BTW don't get hung up on percentages. 25% of just one of thirty Arizona senate districts doesn't add up to very many people.

Who's hung up, am I making excuses for him? The guys a menace and it's disturbing there are real numbers of like minded soles that voted for him. Admittedly, a likely significant number of those votes were "check where the "R" is" voters, but not all of them. What am I expected to take away from that? Right wing violence is OK because it's right wing?

So you're saying that a significant percentage of those who voted for him knew that he was going to go on a shooting spree, and that's what has you bereft of a good take away? Oh my. :o

Thing is if you have some kind of evidence that this is so maybe you ought to supply some names to the law. Foreknowledge of an impending criminal act might be a chargeable offense no? Pin it on enough of that 23% and you could turn his district permanently blue! Think about it. :hmmm:

Donald Trump and his lawyer Alina Habba were just sanctioned $1 million by Federal Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks for filing a frivolous lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and dozens of other individuals.

Less than a day after receiving a warning from a federal judge, former President Donald Trump has withdrawn his lawsuit against New York Attorney General Letitia James.

The withdrawal came in a brief document filed Friday morning with U.S. District Judge Donald Middlebrooks, who late Thursday warned Trump's legal team that the lawsuit appeared to verge on frivolous.

"Plaintiff, PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP, by and through his undersigned counsel and pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i), hereby voluntarily dismisses his claims in this action against Defendant, LETITIA JAMES, without prejudice," the letter said.

Justice Dept. search of Biden home in Wilmington turns up more documents

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/polit...ts/ar-AA16BsQi

Story by Matt Viser, Tyler Pager • 43m ago

Quote:

The Justice Department on Friday completed an extensive search of President Biden’s home in Wilmington and turned up additional classified documents, some of which date to his time in the United States Senate, the president’s personal attorney announced on Saturday night.

After being given full access to Biden’s home — including personally handwritten notes, files, papers, and binders that covered decades of his work — the Justice Department took possession of six items. Those items, according to the president’s personal attorney Bob Bauer, consisted of “documents with classification markings and surrounding materials.”

Some of those materials were from Biden’s time in the Senate, while others were from his tenure as vice president. The Justice Department also took some of Biden’s handwritten notes from his vice-presidential years to further review them.

It is unclear what the items are, and if they are all documents. During an earlier search, Biden’s lawyers said they found other classified documents in Biden’s garage and adjacent room, turning them over to the DOJ.

The DOJ was given full access to the house and was there from 9:45 a.m. until around 10:30 p.m. They covered “all working, living and storage spaces in the home,” according to Bauer. Representatives of both the personal legal team and White House Counsel’s Office were present.

Bauer said Biden offered to provide prompt access to search the entire premises of his property for potential records. He said DOJ requested that the search not be made public in advance, and Biden’s attorneys agreed to those terms.

“Since the beginning, the President has been committed to handling this responsibly because he takes this seriously,” Richard Sauber, special counsel to the president, said in a statement on Saturday night.

“Neither the President nor the First Lady were present during the search,” he added.

Something Trump would’ve been well advised to do. Except he took it for a whole year and a half of a fight.

They’re finding classified material in Biden’s house, garage, empty office space and card board boxes from his time in the Senate which ended 23 years ago. I don’t give a flying flick who the president is, was, or will be that’s irresponsible no matter who does it.

Trump's problem with the documents isn't because he had them, it's because he was obstructing justice over their return.

The problem with your statement Trump was obstructing Justice is there has been no proof of it. It’s blue anon chasing unicorns again, just another conspiracy theory. It’s the continuing saga of the government boondoggle. Any day now

The fact that the people who are looking don’t really know what they’re looking for tells me there is no accountability, and NARA doesn’t have a clue what’s out there. It makes me think every one who has ever been elected probably has some amount of unaccounted for classified material in their back pocket, purse, house, car’s glove box, rental space, resort office, safe, estate, cardboard box or garage.
