What the hell are all those buttons for? Taking a dump is a pretty low tech operation and the disposal should be equally straight forward.

Federal funding for the the Gravina Island Bridge is good as the bridge is a necessity and will provide critical services that that residents of Ketchikan have needed for years.

Alaska paying for the bridge ourselves? In that case the bridge is not necessary and the citizens of Ketchikan never needed it.

Yes in Alaska necessity is determined by the amount of federal earmarks we can get.
