It's a close up of an air bubble. The shot was taken from the deck of a submerged British S Class sub in Lerwick Harbour.

Ahhhh...so thats what it is. I sank a T-class the other day, took a great shot of it, but found out that for some reason OLC GUI has disabled the F9 keys upwards? So I cant take screens!!!!
