His crew are in seperate dats so can be added to any ship IIRC

Minor update: The early war skins for cargo ships have been started. So far a large number of British companies and several Norwegian companies have been included. I'm trying to use distinctive but historically accurate skins. That way, a skilled commander will be able to tell whether a ship is enemy or neutral long before the national flag is visible.

The maximum number of skins is 12 per ship. Although I have only completed skins for Generic Merchant 3 and Generic Merchant 4, several of the skins can be used on different models with few alterations - this speeds up the process. Also, I have a small "library" of rust stains, hull plates, and neutrality flags that I can graft onto each individual skin, instead of slowly doing them all from scratch.

Please don't misunderstand my post as being negative. I really appreciate all the work and minuscule details you're going into to make the game more immersive. However my computer is not exactly new :)
Although I like the idea of many new skins, won't that strech loading times to eternity? When using the GWX skin pack I already have very long loading times with SH3 Commander. I also had a glitch where suddently many ships didn't have skins anymore, so I don't use it anymore. Will there be a version available with "neutral" skins for any nation that don't change throughout the war?

Just searched aound and read several different thread's but found no mention of a cfg file for SH3cdr and the skin pack. Could you please elaborate?
