Be fair, that tax was simply unworkable.

:hmmm: How can you be fair to someone who doesn't know what the word means?

Because the fairness of the arguement wasn't about the fairness of the tax and the U turn was about the impossibility of effective collection rather than the imposition of the tax in the first place.

The campsite tax hasn't been dropped but lowered from 20 to 5%

The revenue will be collected from elsewhere....the question being where from?
