MAINLY....He promised to lead us to a full takeover of Subsim, giving us proper legit status. He promised Neal would be gone in 2009 and his gang of moderators to be held in the bilge to serve us. Nothing......

The engines don't work and even if they did we don't have fuel for them. I sent you the proper notice a month ago for repairs and fuel.

The first officer's job is to make the boat ready to sail by tasking the COB with the duties needed to accomplish it.

Contrary to popular belief...
