K all you need to do is is unzip the patch file in to a seperate folder from your tvt install copy the T34vsTiger.exe from your stock install into the folder where you unzipped the patch files, click onthe exe in that folder and the game will run.

do not install the patch over the top of a fresh install it will cause duplications in the scripts and cause critical errors

I don't have teamspeak installed, but I intend to play TvsT online so its on the list.

I still have to try running the game itself before installing MMP.

be shure that you unzip the mmp7 into an "own" empty folder copy the tvst.exe from your stock TvsT in that folder and start the game with the tvst.exe from this new folder.

we have more than 6 different versions from TvsT in different folders on our harddrive

using the wrong exe causes problems in multiplayer --> set the correct exe in the gameranger settings!

aha, whoops, thought the readme you posted here and the beta readme were the same. my mistake :oops:

its working now. doing some stress-testing today, then later tonight I'll get gameranger and teamspeak.

From my first MMP 7.0 Beta session last night! Loving it! Forgot which skin this is, but it looks gorgeous, especially in the wheat fields. Zero technical issues for either player and performance was astounding.

I do have a question about the music... I know it is basically an ambient sound, but I never hear it in-game... only on the mission loading screen. And it is VERY quiet, even if I have music all the way up and and "effects" one notch above off.

Does anyone else experience this? I might start editing the .wav files and turn the music files' volume up.

We some how lost the ambient sounds (background music) to auto start in MP.

To get them to work, go to any sp campaign until you here the sounds. You do not need to start the sp mission.

Once the sound is activated it will work for all the mp missions.

Hey Bleser, I was on gameranger a little bit ago and saw you started a T-34 versus Tiger room. :D
I'm still optimizing my game so its mostly FPS friendly. I just got teamspeak but I need to find a mic that has a cord about 6 feet long. or some extensions so I can run a mic and headphones.

Murkz out of curiousity; do the new landscapes/maps come with MMP7 or are they installed /downloaded separately? I saw NSU's South Russian or Ukraine maps on the Panzersim portal and I was wondering if they are part of the MMP7 package? What size are the maps btw?

Yes Frinik Olafs excellent South Russia map is included as a MP playable map Called South Russia. It takesa little longer to load than the stock maps

Well I am thinking about making a frsh installation of TvsT so I can download your mod when it's ready.You just install it into the game amin folder and it overwrites the original files?

Read the new Read Me, Frinik. The Mod is basically complete when downloaded and unzipped, you just take the TvT. exe file from a stock TvT install and add it to MMP7.

When will the mod be released? Looking forward to this. Never gave T-34 Vs Tiger a chance.
