Caffeine leads to kidney stones apparently. Coffee is the biggest culprit. Sweat Tea is second and caffeinated soda is third. After one kidney stone, I'm not going through that again. :nope:

Your scarying me man! Actually its got nothing to do with what you eat/drink its your way of thinking. Positive/negative thinking. When your thinking good things your body reponds and knows it by creating more good cells, when your thinking negative thoughts your body knows it and creates less disease fighting cells!. For one cancer can be brought on by negative thinking. What annoys me is people who are health nuts for years only to come down with cancer in their 40-50's then theirs those who drink and smoke till they hit 80 before kicking the bucket.

I would not trust bottle water or Milk ;). If you go by this guys advice :DL

In fact he sums Health to a T (Warning: contains foul language!)

It's got nothing to do with positive or negative thinking, you just have to be in good standing with the aliens.

Other than vitamins and occasionally an aspirin, not much.

Sledgehammer427 07-07-10 06:50 PM

The last time I walked in a doctors office for myself was about 4-5 years ago. I don't take drugs, I don't do drugs (of the illegal kind)

If I have a pounding headache I take an aspirin. Other than that, I rely on my normal bodily functions to keep me in order. Us humans are the result of thousands of years of immune development among other things. I think that by now we can handle most things on our own.
I have friends losing their butts over an emergency room visit, that has nothing emergency about it (I think a real emergency visit consists of broken bones, heart trauma, and other things usually involving lots of blood) when I am encountered with a similar situation I let things work themselves out at home

But then, I have a heritage consisting of Mountain Men, Swedish, and far north Italian, I suppose it's in the genes.
