This message was found on the German Ubi site. Apparently it was up for less than a second but advanced Google archiver crawlers caught it five minutes before a Google crash that obliterated all record of this post forever. It's true.

Will revolutionise the game. Features:

1. All Amerikan schwein will now speak in Deutch for more authentic U-boat experience. (why do they calling U-boats submarines?)

2. Amerikan U-boat diving time to 3 minutes. (they were krapp compared to REAL U-boats:yep:)

3. Amerikan dek gun to fire one shot per minute. The shell will have no effect but will make good noise.:88)

4. Amerikan eel will make random 5º course changes, approximately every 10-20 seconds.

5. Amerikan radar will show only reruns of Hogan's Heroes. Amerikan lookouts will only sleep. Radar and Sonar tech will have voice of Sgt Schulz saying only, "I see nothing, I hear nothing!"

6. Sound for battle stations changed to "Pop Goes the Weasel."

7. All U-boats have Mickey Mouse ears instead of diving planes in the wrong place. (see REAL U-boat for proper diving plane mount location)

We're going to see the release of 1.4, followed by a lot of people saying nice things about Ubisoft for a change, and then ultimately the inevitable "are the mods compatible" cries. :D

After a few JSGME issues, I need to reinstall anyway.

To be fair, sometimes real subs didn't complete a mission. Also, I have seen repeat mission bugs where the mission dates don't match the actual date. Ie: you do a mission and put into port on january 4, get the repeat mission bug, and you leave port in December again. I THINK time travel is a bug ;)
