It's true you miss a lot less contacts at a lower TC...

You also increase your chances of having more contacts within a shorter period of time using TC.

I don't think anybody really cares, we are just teasing.
In fact, I kinda respect and admire people that play x1TC. Too many people in this society zipping around, doing things at 100 mph. Not taking the time to feel the sunshine on their face, or in our case, the bow spray.

So those of you that don't like 1x, go through the Kiel Canal at a tc greater than 1x???

umm well this is suppose to be a uboat simulator :hmm: All i know is i have done both tc and 1x patrols seems to me sh3 is more realistic at 1x and more enjoyable not to mention more contacs Hey by the way we have some cpts not obeying orders if they read the title of this post ---FOR 1X CAPTAINS ONLY---------------------- not pong players :rotfl:

Oh come on, thats like saying, "Don't look down!"
What are people going to do? Look down.

Personally i dont think X1 makes the game any more realistic. All it really means is you have way too much time on your hands, and take the way game too seriously. Not to mention wasting electricty running a home computer 24/7 for weeks to months on end.

As i said, you guys are nucking futs. :88)

I started one career in 1x, going out of the harbor was great , I guess because before I hadn’t taken that much time to look around and enjoy things but when I hit the open ocean I couldn’t handle it, plus I didn’t have the time to do it.

Time can be a factor, no doubt about it. I work at home so it's not a problem for me... :yep:

Well, there will be a time when you will not have to work. :sunny: Look at me, I don't work because I'm old and not in good health, and I still enjoy SH whenever I can play it. But I hope when you retire you will be in good health and be able to travel and enjoy the balance of your life.

It took me 4 of my real days to get through the Kiel canal :rotfl: and it was in the daytime this time and was worth the trip. Nice job on the canal.

Rob
