EXCLUSIVE Inside Britain's 'Frankenstein' lab: MailOnline goes behind-the-scenes to see how scientists can 3D-print BODY PARTS
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencet...ODY-PARTS.html Wow, the celebrities being born about now will be jumping all over this technology, I can just see them now, waking up and saying "I Want A New Pair Of Tits, And Ask Them If They've Perfected Those New Heads Yet" yes M'lady I'll give them a call right away, or the male celebrity, "I want A Bigger Weapon And Balls Of Steel, See To It Simpson" yes Master, I'll give them a ring right away. :haha: Lets not forget, that if we hadn't been held back by Religion and the Thirst for War, we would have had this technology hundreds of years ago. Medical Science as well as all the other Sciences would have had astronauts visiting the other Solar Planets before we had even been born. :D Does that make our Politicians a set of Murdering Bastards?, of course it does. :o |
Another spotless giraffe has been discovered — this time, on a reserve in Namibia
A baby reticulated giraffe at a Tennessee zoo made international headlines last month when word got out that she was born without her spots. It was thought to be the only living giraffe in the world to hold the title — that is, until a wild spotless giraffe was, well, spotted at a reserve in Africa. The Giraffe Conservation Foundation announced in a Monday news release that the spotless giraffe was found roaming around the Mount Etjo Safari Lodge, a private game reserve in Namibia. The foundation says the Angolan giraffe is the first ever spotless giraffe found in the wild. https://www.npr.org/2023/09/12/11988...iraffe-namibia |

Moldova's 'first dog' bites Austrian president on the hand during official visit
Biting the hand of friendship took on a literal meaning during an official visit by Austria's president to Moldova when the country's "first dog" nipped him. But the canine breach of international protocol failed to sour relations and Alexander van der Bellen showed all was forgiven by later presenting Moldovan President Maia Sandu with a small toy for her rescue pet on the last day of his trip. https://news.sky.com/story/moldovas-...visit-13010879 |

Roman emperor was trans woman, declares museum
"call me not Lord, for I am a Lady" Elagabalus identified as a woman and explicitly stated preferred pronouns, highlighting the existence of pronouns throughout history. https://ground.news/article/roman-em...-museum_deed6b https://www.bbc.com/news/entertainme...edium=referral I remember reading this pulp trade novel when I was a teenager, I thought it was another Conan style, sword and sorcery, I was a bit shocked to say the least. https://static.singlelogin.re/covers...b006a7aa66.jpg Child of the Sun Mass Market Paperback – October 1, 1972 Child of the Sun by Kyle Onstott & Lance Horner (1966) Overview: This brilliant and brutally intimate novel accurately captures the depravity and intrigue of Ancient Rome. It tells the story of the youth Varius Avitus Bassianus, destined to become Emperor of the Roman empire. Varius spurned women. His erotic longings searched out a very different kind of love. Whatever or whomever he fancied was quickly offered to him. And no man, be he soldier or citizen, dared refuse him. As his perverted passions grew more and more bizarre, even the voluptuaries of Rome recoiled in horror. Elagabalus (Latin: Marcus Aurelius Antoninus Augustus; c. 203 – 11 March 222), also known as Heliogabalus, was Roman Emperor from 218 to 222. A member of the Severan Dynasty, he was Syrian, the second son of Julia Soaemias and Sextus Varius Marcellus. In his early youth he served as a priest of the god Elagabal (in Latin, Elagabalus) in the hometown of his mother's family, Emesa. As a private citizen, he was probably named Sextus Varius Avitus Bassianus. Upon becoming emperor he took the name Marcus Aurelius Antoninus Augustus. He was called Elagabalus only after his death. Colombia starts sterilising hippos descended from drug kingpin Pablo Escobar's pets
The hippos spread from Escobar's estate into nearby rivers, where they flourished. There are now more than 100 of them, prompting the government's plan to control the population. Two male hippos and one female have been surgically sterilised, environmental authorities said. The government plans to sterilise 40 hippos a year, transfer others to different countries, and may euthanise some of the animals. https://news.sky.com/story/hippos-de...nment-13008626 |
