Hey Neal,

Congrats on the new forum. Looking impressive mate !

Using Hazyblue theme one can not clikc subsim logo on top left to go to main forum page. Same goes for Admin blue style. It seems that it only functions correctly in Smartdaft theme :-)

Submariners like redundancy.

I demand information on the whereabouts of the old forum.

What did you sick people do to him? Is he still alive? Is he in healthy conditions? He is old and fragile, rumors say he's being tortured as Subsim's staff attempts to put him inside that tiny little Windows Trash Bin.

After all he did for us...

Naw he died of a heart attack before I could even get to the torturing. :shifty:

Try switching to the Admin Blue style, let me know how that works for you.

Just tried the Admin style. Same result. The Forum description seems to be just too long.

I went and tried 1024 x 768 pixels and everything shows up on one page, but the script is kind of small for my old eyes. ;)

Seems to be only for the forum home page. The individual sub-fora and individual threads appear to show up on a single page without the need to scroll Left --> Right

I redid the Admin Blue logo section, but it appears the Navy Field banner is hogging the space... but, at least there is nothing much to scroll right for :)

I miss having a link to the subsim main page at the top of the forum. I go to subsim via the forum rather than the main page.

Onkel Neal 05-28-06 10:36 PM

Yeah, that will come later, good point.

Thank you for trying.

I don't know if you saw the last note I made. I edited my message instead of posting a new one.

I've turned off the 'Show Avatar' button in my Options yet everyone's Avatar still shows up. I'm just trying to maximize the speed on my Dial-up connection.

The avatars here are, technically speaking, no real avatars. Neal had to make them part of the user title, that means that vBulletin doesn´t recognize them as avatars, thus they can´t be disabled via options.
