In a future where the elite inhabit an island paradise far from the crowded slums, you get one chance to join the 3% saved from squalor. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8yyzNQfaQR8 I'm 6 episodes in with 2 to go, I thought this was going to be a load of tripe and I would be turning it off pretty damned quick but, it has turned out to be quite a decent watch so far. If anyone has seen the TV Serial Squid Game then this is a less violent series on how to be eliminated from achieving their goal of being in the elite 3% who make it through the tests. It was made in 2016 so it isn't a rip off of the violence ridden Squid Game, this TV Series focuses on brain power and sometimes having to work as a unit to get through a test, the wrong answer to a question or scenario will get them eliminated, not killed but, sent back inland to where they came from. There are some violent scenes and some scenarios that involve death but that isn't the normal way a test is conducted. |

Has a modern feel to it which is rather at odds with the period look at times. For example, when under cannon fire from a shore battery somebody on the ship yells "Incoming!" I'm sure that nobody back then would ever even have heard this expression. If you can get past this then it's a cracking series with great visuals, stories and music |

"Danger Island". Thrills and Spills. Pirates and Headhunters. I can't remember if it had a plot. :hmmm: |

For The People.
Brand new lawyers work for both the defense and the prosecution as they handle the most high profile and high stakes cases in the country – all as their personal lives intersect. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8E_zISqHwHs Kate Littlejohn (Prosecutor) vs Sandra Bell (Public Defender). These two lawyers made this show, the cold and ruthless manner of Kate Littlejohn v the compassionate and empathetic Sandra Bell was a sight to behold. Lawyers must keep their emotions in check or their opponents will use that against them, in Sandra's first trial case she learnt that lesson the hard way. I liked this Series and it was a damned shame a 3rd one was cancelled, I'm guessing viewer ratings was the cause as usual, thick stupid Americans who prefer watching reality TV instead of brain food such as this need a kick in the bleeding nether regions, if any of you can name another courtroom drama such as this I'd be extremely grateful.
