Two days ago had to take the Skoda to her yearly checkup and certification and came back on the bike. Felt like holiday.

They closed down the parks. We live near the biggest in Bucharest, and this sucks. Kids take it well all considering but it's bad for them to stay inside. Fortunately we have a bit of balcony.

The "funny" thing is I might have come back with "it" from the US, on the 3rd of March. Been to Boston to PAX EAST - so lots of people met + layover in London. Came home, one colleague was sick, then it hit me and the other with various degrees of fever, headache, cough. Went away after 1 week for me, 1 day for the other. State wouldn't test cause 'cause not Italy/China stops. Went to a private clinic and they didn't have thetest but did some blood work and it was not flu. They said its probably not Corona. Hope it was, in a way. Nobody in the family caught it, though, or no signs of it, so it probably wasn't.

Good to see you stopping by Mate!
Don't worry to much. I heard Vampires can't get the virus.

All good in Denmark.

Lockdown since mid March, but we are doing okay.
Denmark were quick to act, so out number of hospitalized are now dropping for the last 5 days.

Hope is there 🙂

Just been informed our local hospital has 38 confirmed and 22 suspected cases whilst the figure for neighbouring Sunderland is 138 confirmed cases.

Things were quiet here just outside of Chicago ...too quiet. So I went down to the local store and got a job...hate sitting on the sidelines when something going down! Hubby has essential job just being my hubby, 😁 but he also is electrical mgr at local essential hardware store. I gotta tell you... stores around here are packed. Ppl off work and paint is number 1 seller at Hardware store. Then lawn fertilizer kinda stuff, then bbq grills. Toilet paper gets wiped out quick 😄 at my store and so does meat section and frozen food...esp pizzas. I’m decorating cakes so I don’t have a lot of direct contact with ppl, but they’re coming in wearing masks and pushing their disinfected carts and still smiling just like usual. I’m going thru a bazillion gloves. I’m not wearing a mask-not cause I love danger, but cause I’m behind a counter and display case.
Hope you all stay healthy and out of trouble...ha! As if...
Sharkey 👠
Btw....I’ve never seen so many ppl out walking their dogs.

Hi Sharky, always glad to hear from you and bask in your starpower! I had a dream about masks last night--was in a store and didn't have one so I pulled my hoodie up over my mouth and nose. Then I thought, well, I might as well rob the place.

Too much pizza before bed?

Calm seas

Just flew back into Phoenix from Little Rock, AR. Boy the airports are empty, it was quiet, peaceful and by the far the best travel experience of my life! This morning I've got an itch in my throat but nothing more water and a couple of doc's horse pills that he keeps in a pez dispenser can't fix. :Kaleun_Cheers:

Quarantine/Lockdown/Curfew ????

I hope you're all doing ok.

Down here in Sydney there's plenty food ( only in supermarkets/takeaways from cafes ). 99% of people doing Social Distancing/Masks. Not really a Ghost town but quiet.

5 big cruise ships that were hanging around off the harbour wanting to enter but were refused permission, were finally reprovisioned ( can't spell ) after entering the harbour, and sent on their way to their home ports, after a mammoth all night operation.

The building where I live, people are checking on each other - food/TP , everyone ok. Nice.

What's it like in LA - Mr Quatro, vienna ???

Onkel Neil - in Texas ???

Jimbuna in Newcastle ???

Eichhornchen in The Fens ??? Plenty nuts ??

Aktung in Napa ???

Reece in WoopWoop ???

I don't want to do a Roll Call...but you get the picture.

I hope we all get through it OK.

Here in England we are in lock down, with only certain outings being allowed & social distancing in effect,of course,we have some idiots who consider that they are above the rules that others have to follow. We have plenty of food, even allowing for the panic buyers.

I have spent a lot more time on SH5,but an stuck now on Distant cover(Battleships & Aircraft Carriers,so if any of you have found these, please tell me where & when you found them)
I am lucky enough to have a decent game to play, loads of e-books & movies on a hard-drive.............not forgetting the internet.

Coming to you from Tupelo, Mississipi! (Texas is my native state)

We are under a “shelter-in-place” order, which most people are openly ignoring. Along with people bringing small children and babies to the store I work at, most people don't even wear masks or gloves. Apparently, quarantine for these people just means have smaller house parties. The shelves at the store I work at are bare in some spots and full in others. Lowes is incredibly busy along with bargain outlets.

Its super boring. Playing all sorts of naval subsims and downloading and testing out new mods is getting really boring. Listening to music and writing is what I do. Luckily, the model shop in town hasn't run out of stock yet so I bought two models. A B-25 Mitchell and the Mighty Mo (USS Missouri).
When this is all over, I'm going to go to my favorite restaurant, have a sit down dinner, and eat their famous burgers and drink their milkshakes.
The dog is going mad too. He's barking at the wind.

I cannot wait for this to end.
