have you tried this: set the resolution for your desktop to something low like 1280:1024 or even below before you start sh3.exe. Also check if Run As Admin is checked for sh3.exe, plus WinXP compat mode.

If I don't do this I won't be able to start. (in Win 7 Pro x64).

The many modmakers do all this in their spare time for free...It cannot be perfect, you have to honor this and not lament about.

As i said the game only crash when i load up a campaign file.
And the game works perfectly without, so including a GUI mod, so do you really think this should be the problem if the game without any campagn file work perfectly ?

What i see here is that WAC is unfinish and with BUG so about this campaign file.

What i see is that if anyone on this planet install SH III + the 4 giga patch and GWX the game will works perfectly and without any CTD just avoid the basic stuff do not save underwater near convoy land well we all know this sh!t ok ?

What i see about WAC is that some people can run this mod with the campaign file and everything is working good.

And for other people and trust me we are not only 5 ****!ng peoples who have the similar problem ( but again am not here to make a report of who can run WAC with and without campaign file ) am just trying to understand why some of us have or dont have this problem.

You do NOT have a single EVIDENT that there is a bugged campaign. Instead you give proof that you have other problems in your WAC installation because no campaign is working at all!

Sometimes the error is in front of the display!

I have read your post and so for curiosity I have downloaded self extracting file of wac5.1
And play with Hsie patch Atlantic campaign and manos wd 1366x768
Start campaign with sh3 Commander for Wac 5 and sound Mod.
I play. .. Save.. Reload.. All work good
I probed more time save and reload.. Never crash my game.
I no have mega PC.. quadcore 3.5 and graphic card 1GB!! Wac 5 recommend at least 2Gb
My Ram 8 GB..
I think if you and others have problems.. not guilty campaign file

I haved just "black terrain " problem
And "terrain. act" solution by Anvar1061 not solved for me...but I think my "weak" graphic card guilty..
But no really important usually I play 100% of realism and no use external cam

Try to change graphics drivers settings.
I also read that different settings cause this black land problem. I the near future I will Release recommended Nvidia settings.

Hello well its does load at 90% pretty fast we can say and then wait wait wait wait ... Then CTD.

I dont think this campagn file is corrupt as my self and other people re downloaded this famous file because a corrupted file can happen time to time, but well this is not the problem here because we downloaded this file a couple of time already so idk really .........

Just I think I'm right In saying that it's not the fault of the campaign files
Because if this file guilty all peoples or 90 % at least 90% would have the same problem...But is not so .. the problem is elsewhere, maybe installation? PC? Graphic card driver?
I don't know but for my experience I can guarantee campaign file work good.

Installation as been done following the tutorial so...

Pc/graphic card are powerfull enough to run this mod without problem.
What we saw again is that some people may have or not this problem even if the PC is good enough.......................

I suggest you print out your JSGME install and publish it here so we have a clear view of what you did install. (chose 'tasks' in JSGME).

Then, only YOU can know how you have installed SH3 initially. In the Progam Files directory? That's bad...Did you start with v.1.4? Are the files in your directory protected? They should NOT be protected. Have you applied the 4GB patch? Have you followed ALL and ALL instructions? It can be a pain to check all this, but only YOU know that. It's easy to miss something.

Also I would not use SH3 Commander before everything is ok without it (just to say; I don't know if you do).

I only have a fews mod in jsgme.

CTD when loading the game with campaign file, tryed without SH III commander still the same.

Stop with that. :) its bullsh!t, i always installed my game there + mod so on steam for sure, and never never never ad any problem, if CTD it was because of my OWN fault and not because the game where installed here, so stop with this fake information plz.

You can even add SH III commander on steam as a game, start SH III commander via steam and you will even be able to stream session.
Works perfectly.
