tested in the campaign(GWX)
it looks good. although it is completely unhistorical. during the war used the blackout. but it looks good. Congrats good mod.

I disabled your mod, but the problem persists. This neutral (Italian) ships C2 Cargo L and T-3 coming from illumination.
