Towards the coasts/borders if you want to be around dumb people... Did I actually type that or was I just thinking it? :D

I made a post about just that.

If I won a lot of money I would buy or hire a big RV and drive zig-zag through the USA, visit famous places, meet subsim friends a.s.o

It has to be alaska living middle in nowhere right in the middle of a big forrest in a little log cabin and if I'm bored, have a wrestling with a Grizzly now and then.

I would settle in Maine. "The rain in Maine stays manly in the plain", or Newfoundland (Australia).

Or Alaska, where one can still live the American Dream, see TCBoyle, Drop City.

That would have the definite advantage of being able to winter in Texas without having to take a plane or boat or drive through a foreign country! Not as many woods though but Big Sky!

I imagine that I25 would be an awesome road trip.

I can't play on banjo and furthermore, I fear that I will, sooner or later be forced to howl like a pig

I'd love to live in any state... but Virginia... Maybe Canada (even though its not a state.)

The sauce is my problem with most southern BBQ. There is so darn much of it that I have no idea if it is on beef, pork or turd tenderloin. Give me a dry rub and the flavor of the actual meat any day.

Aye, I always ask for the sauce on the side. I don't even use sauce until I've eaten most of the meat.

I live in a great area where I am. Northern Kentucky consistently gets top ratings for best places to live. And for good reason, we are in close proximity to many and varied excellent things to do and see. Every state has it's own beauty and unique features. I like Platapus's idea, rent an RV and travel around.

North Bay Area San Francisco California fresh off the farm in Penngrove and just unbeatable. :03:
