There are three Klingon songs I'm aware of...well, two in-universe songs, and one 'theme'.

The Klingon 'theme' which is first heard in Star Trek: The Motion Picture is this:

It's heard in lots of the Original Series feature films, and even as recent as 'First Contact' where part of it plays during Worfs action on the Defiant:

(It's just a pity they got the noise for the pulse phaser wrong on the Defiant, they should sound like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o-P6...etailpage#t=13 , and the Red Alert is the wrong sound too...but I digress)

The other Klingon song is a drinking song, I don't know the name of it, but it refers to Kahless killing the tyrant Molor at the battle of the river Skral.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cTuD6xf-ync

Translation:

Quote:

And the blood was ankle deep.
And the River Skral ran crimson red.

On the day above all days.
When Kahless slew evil Molor dead.

And finally, the more well known (at least amongst us Trek nerds) Klingon universe song, 'Hear, Sons of Kahless' which is a song sung going into battle...so I guess if there was to be an in-universe Klingon Anthem this would be it:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WBZ2MEBTYJs

Translation:

Quote:

Hear! Sons of Kahless.

Hear! Daughters too.

The blood of battle washes clean

The Warrior brave and true.

We fight, we love, and then we kill.

Our lives burn short and bright,
Then we die with honor and join our fathers in the Black Fleet where
we battle forever, battling on through the Eternal fight.

/nerd

Klingon birds

No, thanks for that. I knew someone would have the answer. And is it just me, or do you also find those two Klingon birds who show up now and again strangely, compellingly... well... you know. Especially the shorter one on the left.

Have you got any photos?

That hadn't gone unnoticed here, either. But I was going to say something about puppies. But then these two probably eat puppies...

The inofficial anthem of the Rhenish Republic. Robert Schumann Symphony No 3 “Rhenish” . The length of the anthem is inversely proportional to the length of our independence. :-?
