I should add, I use the Steam version and I have many emblems available in the screenshot shown in the first post. I use GWX and SH3 Commander BTW and never changed anything for emblems. Using Steam on my PC (Windows 7)I can find the emblems under Program Files>Steam>steamapps>common>Silent Hunter 3>data>Emblems>SubEmblems.

There are 202 files in there and all show up in the "Specials" part of the menu you posted for me.

I used tarjaks mod but it still didn't work i even went to my document file for my Careers to edit witch one i want on but still did not work please help

Hi Mafullard sorry to hear your having problems with your emblems

when in the uboat office when playing the SH3 Campaign click on the brass uboat icon on the desk then you get to the upgrade screen click on specials then a list on of emblems show up click on the one you like then a little popup asks are you sure like when you pick your crew click yes and theres your emblem on your tower job done.

The Aces emblem i made myself 550 x 450 pixels also all custom uboat emblems you make must be saved as a tga file else they wont show all emblems are in SH3 data/Emblems/SubEmblems
