no problem with the reknown, to 'cheat' and get torps without paying, if you refit at midway on the way back to Pearl, for example, they do not come off the reknown, and with nothing 'tweaked'. But you will only get the torps currently fitted. If I sail with, say - acoustic torps in the rear and 'green' torps in the front, when I have used them all up and return via Midway - refit at midway puts the same back in, at no cost.

Amongst many, another 'bug' - I sat off Phillipines in my S18; manila fell 2 weeks ago; two US Liberty ships just sailed into Manila and a possibly neutral dutch ship.

Want a real bizarro flaw, watch a torpedo bomber in action sometime. Good approach, flying straight at the target low level, suddenly he pulls up into a zoom climb and the pilot ejects. Wait, they didn't have ejection seats in WW2! Watch again, that's the torpedo coming out of the top of the plane and flying backwards in a ballistic trajectory (sub-orbital but still pretty high) and splashing down a couple miles behind the plane going the wrong direction. Somehow the torpedo straightens itself out underwater, reverses course and hits the target a few minutes later. The people responsible for animation never saw that?!

its a secret weapon, makes the enemy think he is not really being attacked.
 |
depth 300+ feet, being depth charged. Near miss damages AA gun - and two gun crew sustain injury. Not really suprising as they are 'sitting on a damaged gun' at 300 feet. Yeah right!!

This might be a MOD bug as it has never happened to me before.
In USS Parfitt, a porpoise class sub. Max depth indicator reads 350 feet. I dived in a test and 'imploded' at 280 feet. RSRDC and patch, amd TMO, Real subs s-42, EE 5.0 patch 2, sh4 sound mod |
