It is the state of Israel that Iran, and many others, dislike. Not the religion.

BTW, it was the Iranian Foreign Minister who tweeted that using the President's account (which is the surprising thing).

Well it is all relative. The fact that they are treated better is not necessarily the same as saying they are treated well. It is probably more a reflection on the other ME countries than on Iran. :yep:
