You were angry at work 'cos your boss annoyed you, so in typical fashion in a way that happens thousands of times all round the world you ended up pushing and pulling on the tool you didn't want to be using which put strain on your back that shouldn't have been there and now it hurts.

I feel as if you were labeling me incompetent. I have a strong work ethic and will defend it. I get paid good money and give quality work.
And it wasn't just one shift. My post was born out of 3 months of this crap, 2 times a week, this moron could not handle working nights, but because he was the bosses bro, we all have to simmer down and take it, the rest of us would be canned....Union or not.
I am also not the largest guy, I am 160 pounds soaking wet with a winter coat on, and yes indeed. Perhaps inexperience did play a part, after all I was hired as a machine operator. Our particular rig is a 90 pound dinosaur.
