Exactly the same process as the EU grading of bananas isn't it but you are simply going by a nonsense story about it to form your view on it and are complaining about something you are clueless about:yep:

I wonder why no one is complaining about the other label attempt that was also turned down for the same reasons as the water one, namely being that the claim being made wasn't accurate "enriched fruit drinks are good for your teeth":yep:

Well any idiot who actually paid attention in biology has an inkling that sugar + acid = enamel degradation. Add to it the preservatives....and you get my point. Had they phrased the ad as "drinking water helps prevent the onset of dehydration" is a lot more on the ball.

But it is advertising, it is meant to sway idiots who don't pay attention
That particular rejection on the label was over false claims about fruit drinks with added calcium acting as a miracle barrier for your enamel.

With the water it was all in the wording, the two other labels they applied for on bottled water got approved as the wording was accurate.
