Normally its Cod, but some use Pollock which tastes just as nice.

I wouldn't wish this culinary abomination on my worst enemy, pork mush a.k.a. Scrapple. The thought of it makes me want to hurl.

Pigs in blanket is a pancake wrapped around a sausage link. Little maple syrup on top and you have heaven :yeah:

I think it's pretty big in Pennsylvania. Which means it was probably some sausage eating German immigrant which brought this idea of making blocks of pig mush into the U.S. I've see people eat this stuff, it is NOT for the faint of heart.

My old partner grew up in Western Pa and I believe I would never worked with him had he brought out a package of that stuff. At least Spam looks edible.
