Yes, look at the screenshot below (LND layer).....Einlaufpunkt (point of entry/intake or thereabouts) :DL

You'll notice it is a neutral naval base (for obvious reasons)...one at either end with embedded waypoints should do the trick IIRC, it was a long time ago.
