Turns out that, according to some out-of-state money, Iowans' constitutional rights were taken away by three of our SC justices. As a result those justices were booted out. Bad for them, good for the homophobes.
The justices ruled in favor of same-sex marriage a couple of years ago, and that upset some people. Doesn't bother me that the justices were voted out. What bothers me is that they were voted out because of their stance on the issue, NOT because of their overall performance. Leave it to hotbuttons to win out over reason. :88)
The real killer here is that the movement is now claiming a major victory for all Iowans. Uh... excuse me?? We're not all in the same boat. :doh:
