Is that the FM Interiors with the engine room etc? Using this mod I was OK out of Wilhelmshaven but had CTD's out of some French ports. I disabled it and all is OK again. I use FM's open hatch mod which is like a cut down version of the big one and that seems to work OK. Unless you use the ram switch (I don't as it can affect other software) I think the new interiors mod will cause a CTD at some stage during the game, unless you have a super computer, which is a shame as it is a great mod.

Not gonna happen to this old AGP rig. I need a whole new one to get myself into the modern age.
