Here in the UK if the vehicle was on a public road (a road repaired at public expense) and was blocking for example, my driveway, the Police would move it and charge the vehicles owner with the offence of 'causing an unnecessary obstruction'. If it was entirely on my private property they would advise it is a civil matter and go see a solicitor.....but if I wrecked it I'd be arrested for criminal damage :doh: Crazy UK law :DL |
