I love the work, and yes I have some black textures also over the right and left side of the Conning tower, it seems that they are some kind of
Tube textures....

But the fact that overwrites the Commands file makes it incompat with
Recent Major Mods like FM and DD work on the boats Interior,
so I do not use it!

yes, thats right. It looks like testpilot has modeled some new features onto the lower conning tower but hasn't textured them yet?

@JC, im not sure that the command.eng is that important of a file as far as mod compatibility is concerned- someone please correct me here. I have my own command file which I overwrite at the end of my mod string, (I use a custom command file with my voice activation software), and Im running a good series of mods FM, DD, lucas, testpilot etc. with no problems. Maybe I loose some keyboard functions specific to the particular mod i think that's all.

You are correct , my mistake, however it does changes and touches The boats files, and there is the conflict with other mods being released, some of the files are in fact the same as DD and FM files are using and that Causes things like Hatches not opening and some CTD , at least to me.

I have made it run just with the texture files, but then I lost a lot of TP work on this boat.:salute:

Looking pretty nice, all those new details deserve some shadows though, if i spoke German id offer to lightmap it, as i think it would make everything even better+ it feels wierd to play without shadows now.

Hi, i get VIIB from Testpilot1978 since ver. 2.11, and see that's a very very impressive work. Adopted and recommanded:yeah::yeah:

So, i have a simple question : would it be possible to "link" Testpilot1978 conning tower interior with the inside 3D sub remaining ? That would be wonderful, but maybe difficult to achieve ? Or "simply" to replace stock CT by Testpilot's CT ?

I mean that with Testpilot VIIB excellent work, there are 2 conning towers (Testpilot1978 + stock), but switching between them with 'F4' key is needed if you want to have a "walk through" feeling. Is this clear,( 'cause my english is not so good) ?
