Version 5 is out. If you have the download speed, its available on their website. I just tried to download it and the download cancelled in about an hour with only 63 percent of the file being downloaded. They recommend not using a download manager for the download. Speaking for myself, I'm not sure how I'm going to be able to make the download. Looks like a great mod, I hope they have a fix or solution to speed up the download or something. I'll keep checking in.

Downloading will be problematic as it is a 1 gig file. even with high speed internet connection, which I have, the time to DL is over an hour. It appears that their server is not the fastest.

They do offer it in sections, you may want to try that approach.

I tried the download in sections and I tried the full file as well. I'm running broadband, the download speed just isn't enough. Hopefully, they'll speed up their server or my broadband will move out faster.

Hi guys,

I downloaded the single 1GB file earlier today and have installed it according to the instructions.

It looks great and is very smooth - no FPS issues either (so far :DL).

Two questions though; All the message text, game menus and radio messages are in German - my German is VERY rusty ;) Is there a way of getting certain aspects back into English?

Secondly, the sun looks huge sometimes - it appears to fill almost half the screen, is that intentional?

The file I downloaded was 'LSH3_V5_FULLVERSION.EXE' I assume that's the multi-language one?

EDIT: I just ran the MD5 checksum tool and it matches perfectly so at least I know that's OK. ;)

I guess you did not change the language of your SH3.EXE.

If you do so, I think the messages should be in English.

@ Phoenix3000 it looks like a small problem with the install as i cannot see any other mods in your JSGME folder I presume this is a freash install.
if not it may be a good idea to do a re-install of sh3 cleaning out any left over mods.
Also I have found that if you try to use a previous saved career that can cause problems too.
