They remember IP addresses but there are websites providing proxy services that allow for multiple voting (they hide their own IP address somehow so the poll will always count your vote)
For instance one is kproxy.com. If you type in the url I posted earlier and keep updating the resulting page they count your vote.
I bet there are some bots running to vote for the other titles...
Don't believe that there are so many people voting that there's such a fast change in percentage.

I just voted again, using a different computer. It's now down to 44%, but still in first place (second is at 29%).

Not true! It definitely works. But remember that your vote will only be counted ("Ihre Stimme wurde mitgezählt") if you didn't visit this page with your current IP before.
