type VII for a good balance of firepower/manuverability a good all around boat

type II total lack of firepower and range makes me depise this boat

type XI my favorite boat, crazy amount of torpedo reloads, excellent range, however this boat is huge and sluggish aircraft WILL kill you and harbor/shallow areas are not this boats forte, excellent for convoys though

type XXI hardly played this boat so no idea

I loves me some Type IX's

Type XXI for me. There's nothing stealthier, and i love being able to target enemy ships without so much as a peep from the periscope!

iid is the best, its like a midgit sub. all you need to do is size it down, get rid of all torpedos, and add two to the sides. and thier you go, you have a seehund!
