You're right , Von Manteuffel, once I installed Commander 3.0 the readme told me how to get the special config files. It has been one helluva struggle with my faltering memory but everything is hunkydory (1930's talk) and these mods are working like a charm. Boy, has this thread wandered all over the map!:D

it's a wonderrful term. I haven't heard it in years. It might make a come-back, though. We have a relative newbie at work - Cheltenham Ladies College, Magdalene ( pron. "Maudlin" ) College, Oxford and a delicious cut-glass English accent. We're now used to her using terms like "absolutely spiffing!" "How delish!" etc. It's natural for her and doesn't sound at all false. - but we still take the p**s, of course.
