Anyway, like I was postin', SPAM is the fruit of the world. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, SPAM-kabobs, SPAM creole, SPAM gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple SPAM, lemon SPAM, coconut SPAM, pepper SPAM, SPAM soup, SPAM stew, SPAM salad, SPAM and potatoes, SPAM burger, SPAM sandwich... umm.. That- that's about it.

Spam and egg! One of my favourites

Perhaps spam has fallen out of favour in Western Countries, but in Asia (I live in Hong Kong), spam is still regraded as a tasty food which is both cheap and easy to prepare. The only thing that stopped me from eating them often is the high quantity of preservatives added to them.

A piece of spam added to instant noodles is one of my favourite lunch, although it isn't very healthy afterall
