Yes. Ducimus added Sofu Gan in TMO 2.0. The dat file is the model and it looks for the texture file (the dds). Campaign_LOC.mis tells the game where to place it and tells the game the name of the model (the dat file).

Plus, Ducimus waved his magic wand that I do not have. In other words he did what you were trying to do. I wish I spoke French.
