I supposed you could edit the files mentioned on the first page of this thread to read WeatherRndInterval=1. That might do the trick. Would change weather every hour...I think.

This seems like a good place to ask my newest newbie question.

Although I had no issue with the default weather, I decided to try SH3Weather anyway. I'm disappointed with the results. So far I've had a week of sun, stars, and flat water... just off the north coast of Scotland... in September. Yeah, right, whatever! How do I get rid of this piece of **** (pardon my language)? I can uninstall it easily enough but how do I get my campaign.mis file (or whatever it is that gets modified) back to it's stormy old self?
