Sorry ... it is posible there is an typewrite error into the readme ?

The readme says the names must be added to english.cfg into the Roster folder...

May be they must be added into names.cfg ?

I also have been getting an error that says that a south african flag is not able to be found in the menu folder?

Is that related to this at all?

I get theis error too, twice, then it loads.

and rename the folder South Africa to SouthAfrica

reloaded the file

corrected the southafrica file issue

Hi Jmjohnson36...

Installed the mod... but when attempt to run the game, it hang up at final load up screen, when it says "Please wait....."

Doing Ctrl + Alt + Del i go to the desktop, and found many error messages, about 4.

There are two similar to this one, and another two similar but refering to SouthAfrica....

After close the four or five windws like this, back to the game and it finish to load up....

Any idea what is CovFlag01 Bak Merchants Pack ?

I never saw this before...the south africa issue was because I left a space between south africa....should have looked like this>>> southafrica

like this...what version of SH4 do you have? because the merchants have always have this covmerchant.dds file

look at C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter Wolves of the Pacific\Data\Menu\Gui\RecManual and see if you have these files below:

Discovered ... the problem was i created a folder called "01 Bak Merchants Pack" and put inside the stock file "names.cfg".

Then the program assume the folder "01 Bak Merchants Pack" is a country and claims for its flag... :damn:

BTW, if I wish to remove a certain ship from a given country, what do I have to do, remove the ship_type.cfg under the countries roster, or is there also a master list for each country someplace?

Removing a ship

goto the data/roster/sea/ {NATION} pick a ships you want to remove and delete...if you dont want a certain nation just delete that whole folder...
