The improved dynamic campaign (objectives that change in-game, new types of objectives, more radio traffic, and so on) is probably the #1 feature in my eyes. Then follows the new crew manager. After that, perhaps the improved mission editor.

One mainstay dessert was the Submarine Special Ice Cream consisting of frozen grape juice, condensed milk, and diesel fuel. The coctails served on u-boats couldn't come close.
