Oh my word. Some of those are a bit tricky! :hmm: I don't think I can even install Silent Hunter to get the answers, it's on 5.25" disks!

I believe the M25 is also known as the magic roundabout, so the chances of both of them making it to the location is slim. Better start plotting a course now!

It also doubles as our greatest parking lot any time between 7-9am and during the evening 'rush' hour. So hopefully the demo isn't going to be in the early morning! ;)

I've used my msn account (as I check it more regularly) mjbrownuk AT msn dot com for the competition Neal, in case you're wondering at some guy who doesn't appear to be registered at SubSim.com.

Also I just realised it's on my 31st Birthday! The wife will be pissed at me, but I'm prepared to do it for my fellow captains. Not that this or the $100 cheque currently in the post should sway you one way or another of course. *cough* :rotfl:

I think I'm about 8500 km away from this event:cry:

Well there is good news and bad....

The bad news is that I live in Surrey and suspect not far at all from the studios.

The good news is that I don't have a Bloody clue about the none historical questions, so I'll leave it to those who do.

Good luck and well done to the lucky pair.:)

Will be getting the game regardless so it would be wasted on me.:lurk:

I've been informed the winners not only get lunch and hands-on playing time with SH4, they get to take home some cool SH4 swag.:yep:

Keep the entries coming

Double-plus cool!

Now fingers crossed, good thing SH1 was the only one in the series I played to any degree!

Say for those of us interested in commando operations (or even winning it and going commando on the day) where exactly in Surrey are the offices?

I accidentally stumbled on the Maddox games office in moscow, but was too wussy to go inside... (didn't want any more militsia run-ins with my dodgy papers)

Ok, Sunday is the last day for this contest. We have about 40 people in the running.

Farside 03-10-07 05:31 AM
