Note the darker areas up ahead. It looks like clouds casting shadows on the water. Alternatively it could be some sort of reef.

Graphics are very impressive. I'm very pleased with the interior visuals, like the conning tower ones. I hope the animations look lifelike as well (were a bit stiff in SH3).

The darker areas in the screenshot are the cloud formations. I'm some of the guys how actually were in Hamburg ;)

Any chance of some more inside info then? :yep:

Bitte? :D

There will be more information when we release our report. If you have any questions then you can ask me or some of the other guys. But for sure we can not answer all questions because we could only play a very limited version of the game. We could only play some single missions.

Cool, wie lange noch bis der Report fertig ist?

Ship Hunter 02-19-07 09:12 AM

Der Report sollte morgen oder vielleicht schon heute online sein.

There is foam where the water meets the port !!

The sub is near the sea bed (I think): It seems there are also sea weeds and rocks!!!

I don't think that ship in the first shot is sitting in water...

http://marinesims.schumo-kits.de/scr...eventhh_14.jpg :hmm:

Ship Hunter 02-19-07 11:40 AM

You are right, it was a fun shot, the ship in the picture sits on Land.

AJ! 02-19-07 12:34 PM

Omg there actualy are rocks and plants under the sea! :p:p

Thats great news... this means we have to be carful now unlike all the other SH games with a plain sea bottom with absolutly nothing on it.

flintlock 02-19-07 12:43 PM

It's a little difficult to tell in that last low res shot, but that does look like there's plant life and rocks there. I recall reading somewhere from the devs that the seabed, unlike SH3, would have more detail.

Looks promising.

That looks like ice. Would look great in North Atlantic.

Judging by the green trees in between the harbour buildings, I'd say it's white sand.
